As a Business Support Manager you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. They are often a key player in shaping the company's future direction and success.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Analyze market data to develop insights that inform business strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, customers, and partners. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that can drive revenue and expand the company's reach.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
